Specialised Fitness And Weapons Training
We offer varied classes to keep training fresh, from high-energy kickboxing and MMA to precise, focused weapons sessions. Atemi Jitsu (15+)
A modern martial art evolving from traditional disciplines, Atemi Jitsu draws from Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Judo, Aikido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Dim Mak, and Escrima. It develops practical self-defence skills, confidence, balance, and fitness, while including sparring and grappling to provide a well-rounded experience.
Adult Atemi Jitsu Class (15+)
A 60-minute class within the main Atemi Jitsu syllabus, guiding students through nine coloured belt grades up to Black Belt 1st Dan and beyond. Training covers strikes, kicks, Judo techniques, and self-defence. Students also explore the competitive side of martial arts through both stand-up and groundwork.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) (15+)
A non-competitive, 60-minute class taught on a four-week cycle:

This structure provides a broad introduction to multiple disciplines in a fun, accessible format.
Buki – Weapons Class (12+)
A 60-minute class exploring martial arts weaponry. Students learn to handle Bokkens, Katanas, Sai, Nunchaku, Escrima/Kali sticks, staffs, knives, and more. These sessions encourage precision, focus, and discipline while offering a safe introduction to traditional weapon training.
I.M.P.A.C.T. Combatives (15+)
A no-frills, 60-minute class focused solely on realistic self-defence. I.M.P.A.C.T. stands for Integrated Military Physical and Combative Techniques. With no gradings, the emphasis is on practical, effective skills designed for real-world situations.
Amazing place for both kids and adults. Fun and engaging whilst also educational, and teaching them lifelong skills that everybody should know. Liked it so much I enrolled all of my children and myself!
